The Harrison Lakes HOA has a mailbox replacement program. The program was designed to replace a subset of mailboxes each year over an 8 year period. To date, all mailboxes have been replaced at least once. We've decided to make future rounds of replacements based on homeowner needs. Please note the mailbox post is the responsibility of the homeowner.
Mailbox posts - The original style of mailbox post is no longer available at big box home improvement stores. At one time the Fishers Do-It Center now White's Ace Hardware was able to custom order the posts if you'd like an exact match. Our preferred provider is a local man named Mr. Carroll Bradshaw of Sign House, LLC. He installs our new boxes regularly and has created, painted, and installed other posts on the neighborhood. Please contact the HOA board for Carroll's contact information.
Mailbox posts paint color - The mailbox post paint color is a custom color which we've been able to have paint matched at Lowe's. A picture of the paint can lid can be found below. We believe it says 101-1Y425, 107-1Y425, 109-185, 113-7Y345.
